Meet Chef Baobab Audouard

Chef Baobab Audouard was born and raised in Singapore, where he spent his childhood. His culinary passion and career truly began when he moved back to France, discovering the richness and diversity of the country's terroirs. Alongside acclaimed Michelin-starred Chefs such as Eric Frechon, Davy Tissot, and Michel Sarran, he forged his experience in renowned hotels and restaurants, hopping from Paris to Bordeaux and Lyon. He finally settled down in Toulouse as Head Chef, launching 'Ma Biche sur le Toit' with Executive Chef Michel Sarran, a rooftop restaurant in the heart of the city.
