IBUKI: Where Kobe Elegance Meets Teppanyaki ArtistryIBUKI is a premium Kobe beef fine dining restaurant offering creative modern teppanyaki dishes that blend Japanese and Western cuisines. The centrepiece of the menu is Kobe beef — the most premium and renowned beef in the world — paired with world-class seafood including Alaskan lobsters, Australian abalones, king crabs, bluefin tuna, and Hokkaido scallops. |
The name IBUKI means “a new wind” or “a first breeze,” symbolising a fresh beginning and a new way of enjoying a lifestyle dining experience. Founded by Japanese and Vietnamese shareholders, IBUKI aims to introduce an interesting, enjoyable, and delicious fusion teppanyaki style to discerning Vietnamese diners. At IBUKI, we humbly pursue our vision of sourcing world-class ingredients rooted in rich heritage and meaningful cultural stories. Everything begins at the source — where animals, vegetables, and fruits are raised and grown with care, freedom, and respect for the environment. From farm to table, every dish meets world-class standards of hygiene, sustainability, and freshness, then is crafted with precision by IBUKI’s dedicated chefs. The final experience is a harmonious fusion of taste, artistry, and hospitality — designed to elevate your senses with the elegance of Japanese cuisine. Meet the Chefs |
