Ingredients (per 1 pizza)
Half-baked pizza dough: 1
Tomato sauce: as needed
Mozzarella: 80–100 g
Mushrooms (sliced): as needed
Sliced beef: 100 g
Beef Marinade
Beef: 500 g
Olive oil: 50 g
Salt: 5 g
Black pepper: a pinch
Garlic (minced): 15 g
Lemon zest: a pinch
Beef Marinade
Mix all ingredients well.
Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Grill quickly over high heat.
Cool and store.
Assembly and Bake
Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
Add mozzarella.
Arrange sliced mushrooms.
Add grilled beef (100 g).
