Aussie Beef & Lamb Through the Hands of Asian ChefsA fresh dining story unfolds from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City This April and May, Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) invite Vietnamese diners into a new series of food experiences celebrating Aussie Beef & Lamb, relaxed in spirit, rich in flavour, and full of inspiration. Spanning familiar restaurant favourites and chef-led dining moments, the campaign reveals Aussie Beef & Lamb through new perspectives, new menus, and new stories told by some of the region’s most exciting culinary voices. A Limited-Time Invitation To Taste More - Where familiarity meets discoveryIn collaboration with Golden Gate Group, MLA and the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) brings Aussie Beef & Lamb into some of the dining spaces Vietnamese consumers already know and love, now reimagined with a fresher, more exciting twist. Helping shape that experience is Chef Jung Hyun (Jamie) Lee, Lambassador from Korea and co-owner of six restaurants in Seoul, including Yangin Hwadae, one of the country’s best-known lamb destinations. With Chef Jamie closely involved in the menu development, the campaign introduces a new perspective on how Australian red meat can be enjoyed in Vietnam. The limited-edition menus will arrive at two Golden Gate Group restaurant chains, accompanied by a range of attractive offers and promotions. At GoGi House, “Limited Menu: The Best of Aussie Beef & Lamb” gives a familiar barbecue format a fresh new edge, pairing tender Aussie Beef and aromatic Aussie Lamb with Korean-style marinades adapted to local tastes. 📍 GoGi House, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City At WOW!
