Known for his technical mastery and innovation, Chef Luat brings global flair and excellence to every dish he crafts.

Chef de Partie Le Hoang Phuong is a skilled Asian cuisine specialist with training from KOTO Saigon and Box Hill Institute. With experience at Sofitel Plaza, Ngan Dinh Saigon, and Windsor Plaza, he excels in Vietnamese, Chinese, and Western dishes. Known for his versatility and leadership, Chef Phuong has also led fundraising events—creating menus, managing operations, and showcasing culinary artistry with purpose and precision.
