As Group Executive Chef of El Willy Group and Chairman of the Western Cuisine Club, he blends expertise with passion. Celebrated for his simple yet joyful approach, Chef Aeron crafts dishes that highlight natural flavours, delivering warmth, authenticity, and culinary delight in every bite.
