Executive Chef Phạm Văn Nhật brings over a decade of experience from luxury resorts like Six Senses Ninh Vân Bay and Radisson Blu Phú Quốc to WKND in Ho Chi Minh City. Renowned for fusing local Vietnamese ingredients with global techniques, he crafts dishes rich in flavour and story. His creative vision ushers in a new era of refined, heartfelt fusion dining at WKND.
