This 8th edition update of “Handbook of Australian meat” includes new information and an updated look, as well as an expanded list of product specifications and colour meat images for all species and takes into account the wider range of trade descriptions that have been adopted globally.
The Sổ tay về sản phẩm thịt Úc 8th Edition has been published as an “Hướng Dẫn Về Thịt Đỏ Quốc Tế” to facilitate the wider global customer response to the use of accurate product descriptions in international trade.
