Grilled BBQ Meat

Ingredients

Main:

  • Knuckle side - 400g
  • Carrot - 1
  • King oyster mushrooms - 300g
  • Enoki mushrooms - 1 pack
  • Okra - 200g
  • Lettuce - 1 bunch
  • Perilla leaves - 100g
  • Kimchi - 200g

Dipping Sauce:

  • Gochujang - 60g
  • Mirin - 20g
  • Soy sauce - 10g
  • Sesame oil - 15g
  • Rice vinegar - 40g
  • Sugar - 20g
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients until well combined.

  2. Slice the carrot, king oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms.

  3. Heat up a grill pan and grill the meat and vegetables.

  4. Wrap the grilled meat in lettuce or perilla leaves, dip in the sauce, and enjoy!
