  • Sugar, Olive Oil, Cooking Oil, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Sauce, Korean Gochujang Chilli Sauce

  • 1 cup minced hot pepper

  • Soya Sauce, Pepper, Salt

Method

Pre-processing:

  1. Cut the beef into two long slices, 3 mm thick, large and soften the meat with a mallet.

  2. Roasted a part of white sesame. Leave 1 portion.

  3. Remove the skin of the carrot, leaving the stem, and wash it.

  4. Remove the pumpkin’s skin, wash and cut into 3 mm thick pieces.

  5. Cut okra.

  6. Wash scallions and keep the roots.

  7. Peeled garlic cloves.

Processing:

  1. Puree garlic + onion root + ginger + 2/3 amount of roasted sesame, with 1 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tbsp Seasoning + 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Korean chilli sauce + hot chilli hash. (Grinding spices to absorb quickly and evenly when marinating, saving time)

  2. Marinate the beef in this mixture with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil + 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, marinate the pumpkin + carrot + okra with 3 tablespoons olive oil + teaspoon pepper + 1 teaspoon salt.

  4. Put a little oil in the pan, sauté the carrots, okra and squash and put them on a plate.

  5. Continue to sauté the beef until it's just cooked through so it doesn't dry out.

  6. Place the meat on a plate, and sprinkle with roasted sesame. Served with kimchi or pickles.
