Ingredients

  • 100g pasta tube
  • 130g tomato sauce
  • 200g beef rump
  • 1 chicken egg
  • Potato flour
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Seasoning seeds
  • Ground pepper
  • Sugar, salt
  • Coriander

Method

Pre-processing

  1. Wipe beef with absorbent paper, mince or puree

  2. Minced garlic and purple onion

Making meatballs

  1. Add beef, chicken egg, a little seasoning including seasoning seeds, ground pepper, then use chopsticks to mix the ingredients together.

  2. Divide the mixture into several small portions, then use your hands to round each part, leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Processing

  1. Steamed meatballs, then fried until golden brown.

  2. Add onions and garlic to the pan and continue to fry until golden.

  3. Pour water into the pan and cook the noodles for 6 minutes on high heat.

  4. Remove the noodles to a bowl of cold water for a few seconds, then put them in a clean basket to drain.

  5. After the noodles are cooked, cover and incubate for another 5 minutes.

  6. Add tomato sauce and stir over medium heat, season to taste.

  7. Continue to add minced meatballs and cilantro, stir for another 2 minutes.

  8. Turn off the stove and put on a plate, add a little cheese on top, depending on your preference.
