TOMATITO is the casual “sexy tapas bar”, inspired by the Spanish bars from the 80’s, with a modern twist. It focuses on family-style dining, but with the element of fun. The atmosphere is relaxing, funky and a perfect place to dine, grab a bite or have a drink. The menu takes classics from the Spanish cuisine such as tapas, rice dishes like Paella, fish, meat and vegetables and creative SEXY tapas “two fingers one bite” dishes which are always fun to eat and delicious to the palate. We always work with local producers to keep the maximum quality and freshness.

Currently working as a Chef de Cuisine at Tomatito Saigon & Chairman of Western Cuisine Club managed by Saigon Professional Chef’s Guild and returning to Saigon After 3 years working at Fusion Resort & Radisson Blu in Phu Quoc island, He has chosen Tomatito Saigon as the next destination in his culinary’s journey of discovery and experience. With the message of bringing happiness to everyone and that is also the language in each dish that he has been creating.
